Février 1991. Tommy, un soldat de la Marine qui a participé à la guerre du Golfe, s'est mis dans une mauvaise posture, déçu que l'armée n'attaque pas Saddam Hussein. Un agent du FBI lui propose alors une issue de secours : rentrer chez lui en Pennsylvanie et aider le gouvernement à arrêter un dealer italien. Tommy connaît bien ce milieu mafieux; en échange, il se voit promettre la libération de son frère et de son cousin. C'est un véritable dilemme pour lui...

This is going to go downhill quick. I hate the trailer. The CGI looks like it's a syfy made movie. And the plot looks terrible. was never a stand alone character. He always had a guest character."
