Pensant avoir fait une affaire, ils découvrent vite que la maison est squattée par un maniaque. Epuisé de cet harcèlement perpetuel, le jeune scénariste décide d'échafauder un piège pour l'arrêter de nuire et se venger. Basé sur une histoire vraie.
