4 janvier 2004, Haïti. Célébration du bicentenaire de la déclaration d'indépendance. Depuis des mois, des manifestations étudiantes et populaires protestent contre la dictatuire du "Prophète", le Président Aristide. Tout oppose Lucien, étudiant en philosophie convaincu du succès de la manifestation vers la démocratie, à son jeune frère Little Joe, voyou recruté par les Chimères pour réprimer la marche des étudiants. Ce jour va sceller le destin des deux frères.

I'm still not convinced this movie is worth my time. With just fighting a generic corporation and no other marvel characters in sight he might as well be an OC.\nOR\nThis might as well be a \"Prototype\" movie."
