Unfortunately I don't think Spiderman has any part in this. Notice doesn't even have the white spider on his chest. In the Ultimate universe the symbiote isnt an alien but is instead a \"cure for cancer\" created by Eddie Brock Sr and Richard Parker (Peter's father). I take it they're probably going a similar route. My guess is the guy he's fighting at 2:17 might be Carnage."
