La ravissante Lily va enfin présenter Daniel à son père, un important général de l'armée française. Or, Daniel est retardé par une femme enceinte qui accouche dans son taxi. Malgré tout, le jeune homme réussit à séduire son simili-beau-père, mais le repas est brusquement interrompu car le général doit accueillir le Ministre japonais de la défense. Daniel le conduit à l'aéroport à une vitesse record. Il y retrouve son copain Emilien, policier toujours aussi dévoué, mais guère efficace.
