Dans un monde aux paysages verdoyants, l'apparition de terrifiantes créature contraint tous les habitants à se réfugier dans une ville fortifiée. Seuls les intrépides jumeaux Zak et Kyle sont restés à l'extérieur. Mais Kyle disparaît subitement, sans laisser de trace.
