In the animated series, i remember Eddie Brock being scummy, the kind of reporter that steps over dead bodies to get the hottest exclusive. And he felt right at home as , partly because the symbiote was just as big of a...nasty dude, i guess , and partly because of their shared hatred for spiderman. I think he eventually develops into more of a morally gray character or whatever. My point is, they made him different here. Some sort of vigilante reporter that has judgement clashes with the symbiote from the beginning. One's trying to do the right thing, one's trying to eat limbs, and they're probably gonna find some sort of middle ground. I want to know what the marvel fans out there think about this.\n\nDefinetly looks and sounds pretty good though. And Tom Hardy's an excellent, badass actor, so i'm guessing opinions will be positive."
