Sorti aux Etats-Unis le jour de Noël 1957, FIDELE VAGABOND est un classique outre-Atlantique pour les fêtes, au même titre que MIRACLE SUR LA 34EME RUE ou MARY POPPINS (tous deux disponibles sur la plateforme). Parmi les films préférés de Walt Disney qui revivait à travers lui sa propre enfance à la campagne, FIDELE VAGABOND raconte l’amitié exceptionnelle unissant dans les années 1860 un jeune fermier texan du nom de Travis et un chien errant surnommé Vagabond. Très vite adopté, l’animal va devenir la mascotte de la famille et sauvera leur ferme de nombreux dangers. Emmené par Dorothy McGuire (LES ROBINSONS DES MERS DU SUD) et Fess Parker (DAVY CROCKETT ROI DES TRAPPEURS), voici une occasion comme jamais de faire le plein d’émotion avec un vrai classique Disney peu connu chez nous mais désormais incontournable sur Disney+.
