En cherchant à sauver des flammes un inconnu, Jack, sapeur pompier expérimenté, fait une chute de plusieurs mètres et se retrouve, seul, au 10ème étage d'un entrepôt vétuste qui menace à tout moment de s'effondrer sur lui.
