Lui, Julien Bouin, ouvrier à la retraite, ne l'aime plus, elle, Clémence Bouin, ancienne trapéziste qui a dû abandonner sa carrière suite à une chute. Lorsque Julien recueille un chat à qui il donne toute son affection, la jalousie commence à s'emparer de Clémence.
