En 1966, dans un Japon sous tension à cause de la guerre du Vietnam, des militaires américains stationnés à la base aérienne de Yokota doivent faire face à un danger inattendu : des vampires, immondes créatures se nourrissant de chair humaine, seraient infiltrés parmi eux. Une équipe d'agents secrets, spécialement formés pour combattre ces créatures de la nuit, est envoyée sur place pour les démasquer et les éliminer. Parmi eux se trouve une mystérieuse adolescente, Saya, dotée de pouvoirs surnaturels...
