Quatre contes de Jean la Fontaine sont détournés de manière libertine. Transposés au XVIIIème, le plaisir de l'infidélité y est décrit sous toutes ses formes : une femme mariée séduite par son nouveau domestique ("Le cocu battu… et content"), un homme surpris par sa voisine dans une position délicate avec sa servante ("La servante justifiée"), les femmes de Messire Guillaume, délaissées, trouvent de quoi les satisfaire auprès de Robin ("Conte normand"), et enfin, un bourgeois pousse l'infidélité jusqu'au vice et déflore une nonne aux yeux de tous dans un couvent ("Les lunettes").
