Deux frangins de l’East End londonien décident de braquer une banque afin de sauver de la destruction la maison de retraite de leur grand-père, et éviter ainsi que ses amis et lui ne soient envoyés loin de leur quartier chéri, qu’ils n’ont jamais quitté. Mais quand des promoteurs immobiliers véreux déterrent un caveau ancestral, les morts se réveillent et tout l’est de Londres se retrouve rapidement infesté de zombies. Réfugiée dans la maison de retraite, la petite équipe se retrouve en compagnie de vieux durs-à-cuire prêts à en découdre. Entre Cockneys et Zombies, l’affrontement s’annonce sanglant…
