Poursuivant leur voyage à travers Sinnoh, Sacha, Pierre et Aurore arrivent à Michiina. En approchant de la ville, ils sont pris dans des tornades. Sheena sauve les héros grâce à une prière au Pokémon Dialga. Dialga apparait et stoppe le tourbillon, sauvant les héros. Sheena fait ensuite découvrir aux héros les ruines magnifiques et anciennes de la ville, tout en racontant à ses nouveaux amis les histoires légendaires des Pokémon du temps, de l'espace et des dimensions. Malheureusement, Dialga, Palkia et Giratina ne tardent pas à réapparaitre et à réengager un combat titanesque. Mais cette fois-ci le combat est si destructeur et chaotique qu'il provoque la destruction des Ruines de Michiina ... et déclenche le réveil prématuré du Pokémon légendaire Arceus.
