Six ans ont passé depuis que Kumar et Harold ont fui Guantanamo Bay et les deux amis ont vécus séparés tout ce temps. Pourtant, à l'approche des fêtes de fin d'année, Harold renoue le contact avec Kumar et se présente devant sa porte avec un cadeau.
