Jimmy et Fletch décident de fuir leurs problèmes en passant un week-end de débauche dans la campagne anglaise. Mais, les choses ne vont pas se passer comme prévu et ils se retrouvent coincés dans un village où une mystérieuse malédiction transforme les jeunes filles de 18 ans en vampires. Au cours de la nuit, ils devront mettre de côté leurs peurs (et leurs fantasmes !) pour devenir des tueurs de vampires lesbiennes...
