Gu-nam, chauffeur de taxi, y mène une vie misérable. Depuis six mois, il est sans nouvelles de sa femme, partie en Corée du Sud pour chercher du travail. Myun, un parrain local, lui propose de l’aider à passer en Corée pour retrouver sa femme et même de rembourser ses dettes de jeu. En contrepartie il devra simplement… y assassiner un inconnu. Mais rien ne se passera comme prévu…
