Un ancien karatéka, Scott James rencontre Nancy, une ravissante jeune femme au cours d’un cocktail. Mais la demoiselle et ses parents sont assassinés la nuit suivante. Sous le choc, Scott tente d’élucider à tout prix ce meurtre de sa belle et ses soupçons se portent sur le groupe Ninja, une organisation terroriste internationale. Avec l’aide de son ami Mc Carn, il réussit à infiltrer cette bande dans laquelle il retrouve Seikura, un de ses anciens frères d’armes. Perdu entre son cœur et son devoir, le jeune homme se trouve confronté face à un terrible dilemme.
