Une expédition archéologique est sur le point de virer au carnage, elle doit faire face à une violence meurtrière à laquelle très peu vont échapper. L'archéologue Sir Basil Walden et son équipe sont en route pour retrouver la tombe perdue du pharaon Kah-to-Bey. Ayant ignoré les avertissements concernant une malédiction de mort, l'expédition découvre la sépulture du pharaon, avec des conséquences terribles. Un esprit vengeur a été libéré, et il a soif de chair et de vengeance...
